Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
